As a Remembrance Donation

The Sonoma County CHANGE Program understands the emotional devastation of losing a loved one. Sometimes a donation in the name of a loved one can go a long way in telling a friend or family member how much you care for them. CHANGE will send a tasteful hand-written condolence card to a recipient of your choice, letting them know that you have made a donation in their honor and that you care about their loss.
